This app functionality requires/requests users contact information (such as their user id & mobile number) and personal information (such as their names, phone numbers, profile image/picture/photo and address, current locations details). We do not sell, trade, transfer or exchange your personal information with anyone. We do not disclose information about your individual visits to this site, or personal information that you provide, such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc., to any outside parties, except when we believe the law requires it. Cloudone app collects a profile image/picture/photo with app user permission at the time of updating profile. Cloudone app asks a permission(for CAMERA and WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE) first to user for taking image/photo/picture from Gallery or Camera, if app user allows it then profile image updated.

We may disclose personal information when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law or comply with a legal process serviced on our website.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 12. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 12 years of age.
